Isaac Schaeffer is a minister and workshop facilitator.  He has conducted workshops on a range of topics, such as leadership, emotional wellness, family dynamics, and faith.

His extensive experience includes roles as a facilitator for a prominent U.S. insurance company and the Federal Job Corps program, providing consultancy to organizations and governments in the U.S. and the Caribbean. Dr. Schaeffer holds a doctorate in Pastoral Counseling and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
